377 days, Blog #135 three things I learned on 12.12.14

1. Even when I tell myself, just leave the ½ inch of snow on the driveway… the sun will get to it… and even if it doesn’t, tomorrow is Saturday and so it can be dealt with then… I still have to shovel the driveway before leaving for work.  It was totally worth it, though.  Only black driveway in the neighborhood and I was relatively on time, even with the detour of a Starbucks stop.

2. The ham and brie grilled cheese sandwich at the Worcester Art Museum café is a perfect compliment to the pear mushroom soup.   It has to be said.  And yes, you should really come to the Museum and check it out in person.

3. I really shouldn’t schedule my hair appointments on afternoons when I am so tired I just want to go home and watch Netflix.  My (expensive) hair looks great, but my eyelids are too heavy (after driving to and from Springfield last night) to comprehend anything but pajamas and my couch after I finish this sentence.
